Ok, as a Belgian I should be able to get the German... let's see.

My cat is black
one, two, three, four, five
The lady (is that not 'die freule'? or is that something else?)
Does the sun shine?
Is it blue?
The heaven's/sky is blue.

And that from someone who has had no German at all! It's just that Flemish is very similar to German. Whenever I am in America or England people keep looking at me funny and asking me if I'm German when I'm speeking Flemish.
Then when I tell them that I am Belgian, they are like "Ohh that's ok, fries, beer and chocolate!"

Anyway, if you ever need some help with your German, my dad speaks/writes it fluently (He served for the Belgian army in Germany) so just ask me, I might be able to help :)

ahah that was actually my mistake, I meant Freundin. as in a female friend. ^^;; see I've studied u_u;;
Speaking French as a first language, I shiould be used to the complicated stuff I guess, but the only thing on my mind when I,m in my German class is "Woah... Watching Star Wars in German must be messed up... Especially the Yoda speech... man..." u_u;; I'm such a flake!
